Hire period: The hire period is generally 3 days but this is negotiable.
Delivery/collection: You are welcome to collect and return the pieces yourself from Heretaunga, Upper Hutt or they can be delivered and/or collected before and after your event for an additional fee, calculated by the location.

Breakages: Unfortunately accidents do happen, so for any damaged, broken or misplaced pieces, a replacement fee must be charged.
To minimise this risk, please be aware that fine china should be handled with care, as it is more fragile than modern china.
Please note that the items are NOT suitable for the microwave, dishwasher or oven.
Washing up: There is no need to wash your items, you can leave that to me! All you need to do is rinse where necessary, and repack. Please note all packaging (crates, boxes, bubble wrap etc) must be returned.
Ordering: To check the availability of items, please email me through your list, along with your date. Descriptions of each item can be found below their photo.
Terms and conditions: There is a general bond of $50 (plus an additional bond of $100 pertaining to specified lights and larger items of furniture) which is refunded once all hire items have been returned within the agreed time frame and checked for damage. Any charges for loss, damage to stock, late returns and such like will be deducted from this bond and any replacement cost incurred in excess of the bond will be charged to the hirer.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount confirms your booking, with the balance paid one week prior to your event.
